Kegiatan ini merupakan inti kegiatan CYIM, yakni forum besar di mana semua pihak terlibatakan berdiskusi bersama mengenai isu terkait dengan harapan terciptanya parameter kota berlandaskan hak asasi manusia menurut CYIM dan solusi sebagai komitmen bersama dengan mengajak pemerintah kota dan nasional serta para praktisi, komunitas akademisi, sampai aktivis.
